We leave ourselves more often than we think. Many times, this is a result of our childhood patterns of pain, trauma and abuse (which may or may not seem significant) and where we’ve been left. In today’s episode, we’ll talk about and identify the many ways we leave ourselves and why we do this. We’ll finish with an energy clearing to return us to more worthiness, self-love and abundance.
