So many of us spend so much time being someone we’re really not. Then we wake up one day and find ourselves locked into careers, relationships, personalities, even sexualities that aren’t what we truly want for our lives. It’s like we’re playing a part we didn’t realize we signed up for.
For the past 11 years Emily Florence has loved working with entrepreneurs and artists helping them share their passions and work with the world. Emily’s a veteran business coach, publicity & online marketing coach, a certified life coach, an author and an inspirational speaker. She’s the Founder of both Savvy Miss, a Forbes Top 100 Website for Women, and Good Day Consulting, a boutique consulting company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses prosper.
Prior to going out on her own, Emily worked at a top Entertainment PR agency on award-winning TV clients including American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Malcolm in the Middle, Bernie Mac and Gilmore Girls.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston. Emily believes we all have unique gifts to share with the world and deserve to make a living doing what we love. She also believes we all deserve to be happy, kind and loving to ourselves.
To her, it’s what life’s about.
